The TIC BCN trophy was first held as a team competition in which high-level International teams were invited; this offered a setting for training and technical improvement to both senior and junior Catalan teams.

Now every year we organize an individual competition where catalan and international orienteers compete for the trophy in the most iconic streets and places around Barcelona, with challenging courses for all classes.

This year we’ll organise the 18th edition of the TROFEU INTERNACIONAL CIUTAT DE BARCELONA in the middle of the summer holidays because of runners from many countries will be coming from 9 to 15 August to the WMOC 2025 in Girona.

It’ll be a grat opportunity to do some sightseeing in our city during the previous days and to train for the sprint competition on some maps of the old town of Barcelona, that are similar to the ones you will find in the World Masters Orienteering Championship.

The provisional programme will consist of:

– Monday 4th August : QUALIFICATION RACES ( 2 sprints )

– Tuesday 5th August : TIC BCN 2025 FINALS ( finals A and finals B )
