Changes and late entries
Changes made before 30.06.2025 are free of charge. Afterwards, the fee for a change is 10 €.
After 30.06.2025, late entries are possible if vacancies still exist. Extra fee 30 €.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation before 30.04.2025
70% refund. A small handling fee will be kept for banking costs.
Cancellation before 30.06.2025
50% refund. A small handling fee will be kept for banking costs.
Cancellation afterwards
No refund.
The organizer reserves the right to cancel WMOC 2025 in the following circumstances:
- Force majeure.
- Inability to guarantee adequate security for competitors and organizers.
- On advice from the Catalan and Spanish Governments or their agents, e.g. the outbreak of an infectious disease or major environmental restrictions.
- In case of cancellation of the event by the organizers, entry fees will be refunded minus 30€.
Entries
To register, you must have an IOF Eventor account. If you have an account just follow the link and log in, otherwise you will have to create your account.
During the registration process you will be able to choose in which races you want to enter.
In IOF Eventor you can also order additional services (Transport, Parking, Official T-shirt, etc.).
Photography and filming
Photographs, videos and voice recordings will be taken during WMOC activities, mainly for the purpose of promotion of the event to the media, and for personal use. If anyone has any doubts about being photographed, please raise them with:
