On June 30th, registrations for WMOC 2025 closed. To ensure that you do not have any problems during your participation, you can check your entry data in IOF Eventor. We also publish a provisional entry list for WMOC2025, that you may find helpful, at https://www.wmoc2025.cat/httpdocs/Provisional-entries-WMOC-2025.htm

In particular, both the Class and the SI-Card number will be printed on your bib. If for any reason you find that your entry is wrong or has an annotation in “Incident”, you can change your entry by filling this Google Forms by 31 July 2025. After that date, changes will only be made at the Event Office when you pick up your competitor material. Any changes (SI-Card number, class, etc.) will have a cost of €10.00, and we will send you a payment link after we have validated your change.

It is not possible to exchange participants, only data changes of one existing entry.

If you use your own SI-Card, please check that your number is registered. If you rent one, a “Rental” appears. There is also an “Incident” column:

• if a “Missing SI” appears, and you have not rented one, we will reserve a SI-Card for you. In this case, the rental fee is €20.00 for the whole competition, and it will be paid when you pick up your competitor material at the Event Office.
• if a “SI-Card 5?” or “SI-Card 6?” appears, the organizer cannot guarantee that those SI-Card models will work fine at WMOC 2025, following the announcement from SPORTident about the end of life for the SI-Card5 (1 – 499.999) and SI-Card6 (500.001 – 999.999). If you decide to compete with it, the organizer will not be held responsible in case of any issues errors. We ask you to buy a newer SI-Card model or rent one.
